    Hey Kyle! I also found you through Laura ds loose weight website. Really inspiring. I am also on a quest to lose weight and I am curious what is your exercise routine? I am 150 looking to get down to 130. I’m eating healthy but my weight isn’t seeming to move. So I want to incorporate working out on top of doing bikram. My Instagram is laura_espinosa11.       My routine is pretty simple. I do cardio every day, and every other day I alternate between upper body and lower body. Upper consists of working with free weights as well as machines, lower is the leg machines as well as lunges, squats, and deadlifts. I also do hot yoga 3-4 times a week. Best of luck to you!

    I am 25 years old and matter of fact, my b’de is in Oct as well :)). I am 5’8 and in 2009 I weighted 184 pounds. I had never been that fat and since my parents are doctors, they would taunt and judge me all the freaking time! I would cry a lot and would be depressed all the time. Anyways, I worked out a lot, ate right and came down to 155 pounds in 2010. Then, in 2011 I started piling on weight like anything. By Feb 2012, I was 211 pounds. I was heartbroken – AGAIN! I went for my routine check up and found out I had hypothyroid and that’s the reason for my weight gain. I diligently had my meds, worked out like crazy, ate right the whole of 2012 but was only able to loose 7 pounds. On top of that, I have gorgeous super sexy friends, a good looking husband with no weight issues and parents who are doctors. That makes me worse and miserable. I have just given up Kyle… just given up. I have sometimes contemplated suicide as well. It just hurts to suffer and live like this every f*$!king single day! I don’t even know why am I writing, just venting out my feelings I guess…..

    Hi Kyle,
    I think you are very inspiring. I started out college with being 120 lbs and a year later I am at 180. I don’t know how all these extra weight kick in. I do remember late night study sessions with milkshake, wings and mozzarella sticks. I promised my mom that I won’t binge and I would not be that girl who gains weights living on campus but here I am. I feel disgusted and ashamed of myself. I tried to go back to my routine eating light and exercising regularly but I kept on falling off track. When I do exercise, my whole body is in pain like crazy. I don’t know what to do. I am so lost

    Hi Kyle! My name is Bonnie and I’m a 31 year old mom of 2 kids. I weight 185 pounds and am 5’6″ I am fed up with looking like I do… and am ready to change. I follow you on Instagram and am so inspired by your story, I am amazed at how far you’ve come! My question to you is… I would like to start working out and was looking at some cellucor products but not sure what would be good for me. I do not currently exercise at all and plan to start. I need help with appitite suppressant as well. What would you recommend for me?? (Or what did you start out on?) 🙂 the blue raspberry looks yummy but I don’t know exactly what I need. Thank you so much in advance! You’ve given me tons of motivation already!!
